             HOW TO USE FIBERFIT

It is easy to increase your daily fiber intake by converting various recipes to use Fiberfit concentrated sweetener with dietary fiber in place of a typical sweetener. Use Fiberfit anywhere you would use a sweetener (in higher amounts) like stevia, Nutrasweet™, or Splenda™ to add both fiber and sweetness without added sugar or sugar alcohols.

Liquid Fiberfit is an outstanding choice for sweetening beverages. It can be easily adapted to recipes of all kinds and in all sorts of foods, from sauces, dressings, marinades, and beverages to cheesecakes, cookies, cakes, muffins, ice cream, and more.

Because Fiberfit liquid is 8-10 times sweeter than sugar, you can use just 1 teaspoon of either in place of 3 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener called for in recipes (that's 2 tablespoons in place of a full cup!).

Note that Fiberfit does not perform in baking or candy making the same way as a bulk solid like real sugar or a sugar alcohol like maltitol does. This means that Fiberfit won't work well in a few recipes such as fudge, hard candy, or pecan pie - things that harden or glaze due to "caramelizing".
